CNC LASER & PLASMA CUTTING

Nextgen is equipped with two MVD lasers and one plasma cutting machine to provide fast, reliable services with excellent precision and short lead times for mass production of laser-cut parts. These cutting systems ensure accurate cuts, eliminate burrs, improve workflow, speed up production, and minimize waste.

Our laser machines can cut up to:

0.75” Mild Steel (Maximum thickness)
0.5” Stainless Steel (Maximum thickness)
0.375” Aluminum (Maximum thickness)

Our plasma cutter is capable of cutting up to:

2” Thick Metal Sheets (Maximum thickness)

CNC TUBE PLASMA CUTTING

We are equipped with advanced CNC tube Plasma cutter, which can cut tubes up to 16 inches in diameter and 10 feet long. Our technology boosts efficiency and minimizes errors, ensuring highquality results. Our machines can cut various materials and thicknesses in different sizes and shapes. This seamless process turns designs into finished parts quickly, reducing lead time, preventing burrs, and optimizing workflow, all while producing minimal waste.

We are capable to cut upto:

0.25” Stainless Steel (Maximum thickness)
0.25” Aluminum (Maximum thickness)

Maximum cutting dimensions are 120″ long and 16″ Diameter.

FORMING

Nextgen is well-equipped with an impressive selection of Amada and MVD press brakes, offering a variety of sizes and tonnage capacities to handle a broad spectrum of tasks. With six unique press brakes, each designed with different configurations to meet diverse production needs, the team can efficiently manage the workflow. This extensive range of equipment ensures that jobs are assigned effectively, allowing the production team to significantly reduce the time spent on machine changeovers and setup adjustments, ultimately enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.

FASTENER INSERTION

When it comes to fastener or hardware insertion, we take advantage of pre-existing holes that are created with our laser cutters. These high-precision machines ensure that the holes are perfectly positioned, which in turn enhances the accuracy and reliability of the fastener placement. By utilizing these precisely cut holes, we can achieve a high level of consistency and alignment in hardware insertion, contributing to the overall quality and precision of the final product.

PUNCHING

We use a fully automated AMADA turret punch press to cut materials like mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper with great precision. By using materials efficiently and high-precision tools, we are able to deliver quality products.

WELDING
